TODDLER

Children may arrive for their first days of school with a degree of apprehension given the new faces and surroundings, but any anxiety they may experience fades quickly once the children realize they are spending their days in a warm, fun-filled, and stimulating environment. Children begin to interact and develop in a friendly, respectful, and orderly way while they participate in a wide variety of educational, creative, and physical activities that positively promote the development of their motor skills, exploring, experimenting, art, music, sensorial, singing, games.

PRE-SCHOOL

The four-year old students in Preschool continue to participate in activities that promote their development while gaining new insight into the world around them. The way they interact with others receives special attention while ideas of sharing and compassion are brought to the fore. During this year, children also begin to develop fine motor skills. Classes vary from motor skills, exploring, experimenting, art, music, sensory activities, singing, science, math and social studies.

KINDERGARTEN

In Kindergarten, students begin to study more complex concepts, building on the subjects presented Toddler and Preschool years. Emphasis during this year is also placed on reading and writing. The students also enjoy opportunities to stage and perform musical productions for their parents and peers. At the end of the Kindergarten year, as they look forward to matriculating into Grade 1, students participate in a delightful “graduation” ceremony, complete with caps and gowns.
